Terms of Service
These are the terms you must follow when you use the fishcut software and this website. Because fishcut uses YouTube API Services, the YouTube Terms of Service also apply.
1. Scope
These terms apply to fishcut, the open source software that NomaDamas distributes, and to this website. Copying, modifying, and distributing the source code are governed by the MIT License. NomaDamas is an AI open source hacker house operated by Markr.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
fishcut uses YouTube API Services. When you use fishcut, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
By using fishcut, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
3. Privacy
How fishcut handles information is described in the Privacy Policy. The Google Privacy Policy also applies to the YouTube features.
4. No affiliation
fishcut is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
5. Responsibility for content you upload
- You are responsible for the videos, titles, descriptions, and tags that you make and upload.
- You check that you have the rights and permissions needed for the footage, music, images, and voices you use in your videos.
- You must follow the YouTube Community Guidelines and the rules on disclosing realistic synthetic content. If you use voices or images made with AI, mark this truthfully in the upload settings.
The following notice appears next to the upload button.

By clicking 'upload,' you certify that the content you are uploading complies with the YouTube Terms of Service (including the YouTube Community Guidelines) at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Please be sure not to violate others' copyright or privacy rights.
6. Confirmation by a person
A YouTube upload in fishcut runs only after you review the upload settings and press the confirm button. The AI agents you connect can prepare everything up to the upload settings review, but they cannot start an upload. Saving, generation that costs money, and applying results are also approved directly by a person.
7. Prohibited uses
- Automatically inflating or manipulating views, likes, subscriptions, or comments
- Uploading spam, misleading titles or descriptions, or content that impersonates someone else
- Uploading to a channel you are not authorized to use, or using someone else's account
- Using fishcut in a way that violates the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, or applicable law
8. Your own OAuth client
If you connect with a Google Cloud project and OAuth client that you created yourself, you manage that project. You are responsible for that project's quota and verification, and for complying with the Google APIs Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
9. Paid services
Paid voice APIs such as Typecast and ElevenLabs are used with your own account and key. Fees and terms of use are set between you and that provider. fishcut asks for your approval before any call that costs money.
10. Updates and end of support
If the YouTube API changes, uploads may stop working in older versions of fishcut. Using the latest version is recommended. NomaDamas may change features or end support after giving notice in advance.
11. No warranty and limitation of liability
fishcut is provided "as is" under the MIT License, without warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, NomaDamas and the contributors are not liable for damages arising from the use of fishcut.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the last updated date on this page is changed, and important changes are announced on the website and in the repository.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
